Textile Printing Grade CMS Carboxymethyl Starch for Textile Printing Paste

Sodium Carboxymethyl Starch (CMS) is a modified starch etherified with carboxymethyl. The aqueous solution of CMS is stable and excellent in performance, and has the functions of adhesion, thickening, water retention, emulsification, suspension, and dispersion.

 

The raw material of CMS is corn/maize starch, with wide sources and low price.

 

CMS for printing and dyeing has the advantages of good compatibility and stability as a carrier paste for dyes and printing aids. The permeability of the dyeing paste prepared with CMS is also very good, especially the deep and transparent fabric embossing, which can quickly print the pattern according to the plate type, and can significantly improve the vividness of the printing. In addition, the CMS can be dissolved in cold water and is easy to use.
